Q1. How do I cancel my order?
- Well, if you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, you can do so within 1 hour of placing the order. To cancel, you can drop us a mail at email@example.com stating with your reasons for cancellations.
Please Note: Orders can be cancelled ONLY if they have not been already shipped.
Q2. Under what conditions can I return my order?
- Returns and Replacements are accepted under the following conditions:
- Wrong product , Color , Size or style
- Wrong Item Delivered
- Defective Product
- Damaged Product
- Wrong quantity – Missing Product or parts
Please note- For the above cases, you will need to send us a proof of the same by taking a picture or a video of the product and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org or else on our whatsapp support if the order is placed via whatsapp within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you are eligible for replacement our support team will get it touch with you, Please note return policy varies product to product and all our products are not eligible for return. Q3. Under what circumstances the return or replacement will not be accepted?
- Returns and Replacement will not be accepted under these circumstances:
- If the product is used or altered
- If the product is not returned in original packing – price tag, label
- If the return or damaged products is not reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
- If the serial number is invalid or tampered, non readable
- If there is a physical damage to the box or product it will not be eligible for returns.
- Items purchase during sale or offer cannot be returned or refunded.
- If the buyer is not liking the product
Q4. Which products are not eligible for returns?
- Products which are not eligible for returns are –
- Healthcare products
- Lingerie, undergarments, swimming wear, socks etc
- Customized products
- Perishable products like flowers
- Personal care items
Q5. If I am eligible to return my product, how do I return it?
- if your problem is eligible for placing return, you can do so by following either of the steps-
- You can send a mail to email@example.com with pictures of damaged product. We will revert back with the mailing address
Q6. What is the procedure for return?
- Once we mail you the return address, you will need to ship your package to the given address. Once we receive your package, our return team will review it for signs of use, tampering etc. if qualified; You can buy any other product from our catalog of your choice as replacement product.
Please note: Only the price of the product will be reimbursed. Shipping cost which you have borne, will be deducted.
Q7. How do I track the status of my returns?
- Once we have received your package, we will do quality check on it. Also, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. once it approved we will ship the replacement product within 1-7 business days.
